Another solid PerchMe order

This is my third purchase from PerchMe; I've been a customer for about a year now. This time, I just needed a Replacement Bird Seed Tray. As usual, the item was exactly as described and fit perfectly. Shipping was quick, arrived in 4 days. It's consistently reliable, which is why I keep coming back. Never had a bad experience with their products or service.

Great value on the bundle

I was looking for a good bird feeder camera and found PerchMe. I ended up getting the Smart AI Bird Feeder Camera with the Solar Panel Charger in a bundle. It saved me a good bit compared to buying them separately. The solar panel keeps it charged, so I don't have to worry about taking it down. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Nice bird feeder camera

Got the Smart AI Bird Feeder Camera and it's pretty cool. Set it up a few days ago, and it's been working fine. The app shows me different birds, which is neat. Shipping took about a week to get here, no issues really.

Absolutely love my PerchMe camera!

I got the Smart AI Bird Feeder Camera and it's incredible! Seeing all the different birds up close on my phone is so much fun. The AI identification is spot on. I'm already planning my next purchase!

Detailed PerchMe experience

I ordered the Smart AI Bird Feeder Camera with the Deluxe Bird Feeding Pole and a Pole Extension Kit. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It took 6 days to reach me in Arizona, which was within the estimated window. Setup was fairly simple; the instructions for the camera and app were clear, though connecting to my Wi-Fi took a second try. The camera quality is excellent, and the AI bird identification works surprisingly well. I had one question about mounting the squirrel guard, and customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful diagram. The pole feels sturdy, and the seed tray is easy to clean. Overall, a solid product and good service.

Good feeder, minor app issue

I recently bought the Smart AI Bird Feeder Camera and the Squirrel Guard. The camera itself is fantastic, clear picture and the bird identification is pretty accurate. It was easy to mount the feeder, and the squirrel guard seems to be doing its job. Delivery was prompt, arriving in about 5 days. My only minor gripe is the app can be a little slow to load sometimes, especially when trying to view past events. It's not a deal-breaker, but an update to speed that up would make the experience even better. Good value for what you get, though.
